Nutritional Services

We offer health coaching and 1-2-1 individualised meals plans and also group meal plans for up to 4 people.  Choose between Raw Vegan, Healthy Vegan or Vegan Keto Meal Plans and coaching.  

Monika is a qualified Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) Health Coach and has diplomas in Herbalism, Advanced Nutrition, Vegan Nutrition, Vegan Ketogenic Diet and Medicinal Cannabis and CBD Oil, even Canine Nutrition!  Monika is a raw food and vegan chef and very creative in the kitchen!   

Monika loves a nutritional challenge to put together an individualised meal plan for you.  Especially gluten-free and nightshade-free vegan meal plans.
